To make the marinade take two tablespoons of concentrated frozen orange juice, soy sauce and brown sugar, two cups of chicken broth, 6 ounces or one can of tomato paste, minced garlic, ground ginger and allspice, salt and pepper to taste and blend it well. Now add the chicken portions into this marinade and cover it completely. Refrigerate this mixture overnight for best results.
