  2. (For the record I know nothing just asking) I'm outta highschool and no longer engage in sports so I've started to pack on some mass and I'd like to tackle this before I'm to far gone. In highschool I was always shown for deadlifts not to lift with my back however in this video correct me if I'm wrong it kinda looked like he was. Is his version the correct form because I feel like my lower back would suffer from that. I'm probably wrong and its probably a stupid question but with my roofing job if I lifted like that my back would hurt so bad.
