As a total beginner this is haaard af but I’ll be doing this everyday for the next 2 weeks until I am able to complete it because rn I stop a lot and never got to do the last 2 work outs and the stretches I am too exhausted by then so hopefully by the end of the next 2 weeks I’ll be able to work out the whole video but it’s a great work out thanks 🙂

  2. This is around day 10 of my workout journey, I watched the other 32 minute weight video but today I've decided to do both

  10. When I work out, I meet a new person, one I've never known, who takes me a new place, one I've never been to, a place were the strain and the pain have a new meaning, a sense of comfort and peace when every thing is aching and burning, a voice that says yes when all I hear is no.
