Our Online Dance & Fitness classes are taught step by step. Each lesson has the technique explanation follow by a practice phase, so you can learn at your own pace!
All our classes are organized in a sequence by difficulty levels. If you are a total beginner you can start from scratch. If you already have some experience, you can take the level 2 lessons. Or if you just want to practice, review and/or challenge yourself, we encourage you to take level 3.
Exercise your freedom to learn and practice how to dance, stay in shape and have fun!
