  1. I made this! So good! I put onions that were a little longer than chopped. I used Hawaiian rolls provolone and low skim mozzarella. I will use low fat cheese next time, G’ s No sugar ketchup was great on it to, each roll was 100 calories in itself. I’m thinking of making some low carb breakfast burros with a hamburger blend with eggs and egg whites in the future.

  2. Would I be able to make a batch of this as a "snack-prep"? You know, have some of this in the freezer and microwave when needed, or will they get too soggy/boring?

  3. I know why u like the cast iron pan, shits like a workout, always a challenge to lift a 15" and control it 1 handed. But if you can do that then you know you're an alpha cook 💪
